Welcome to the ICADE website, you can find information about our programs and projects developed in Honduras. The ICADE, Institute for Cooperation and Selfdevelopment, was created in 1992 as a technical and social non-profit agency, that seeks to raise the standard of living of honduran population; especially those depressed sectors that have been marginalized from the benefits of society.
